Omniconvert calls itself a CRO (conversion rate optimization) tool, but it is more of an analytic and testing tool that may be used for optimizing your conversion rate if you have enough industry experience to make the most of the insights it offers. The data it offers is only useful if you know what to do with it.
Discover why your customers buy
Omniconvert allows you to run tests to see if your current theories about your conversion rate are true. You may run surveys to hear what your customers have to say, you may conduct A/B testing, you may segment your audience, and you may personalise your message to your followers. The surveys are one of this tool’s shining lights because they use branching logic to help your customers have a meaningful conversion with the survey.
Is mostly helpful for people with industry experience
Omniconvert allows you to pull information from your website about your conversions, it allows you to survey, to message, to segment and the test, and it allows you to do all of this in one place. However, it is only useful to somebody who has plenty of experience in their industry because the data the tool produces is useless if you do not personally know how to interpret it. For example, it may suggest that your turkey sales will continue to rise ever higher, but you know that the trend will probably end next week when Christmas is over (the tool doesn’t know that, it just thinks your conversion trend will continue because it doesn’t have any industry experience).
